25% - On commercial claims against a U.S. debtor that are less than 12 months past due and over $1000

30% - On commercial claims against a U.S. debtor that are less than 12 months past due and under $1000

35% - On commercial claims that require litigation

40% - On commercial claims against debtors who reside outside of the U.S.

50% - On claims that are over 12 months past due
- On claims that were previously assigned for collection and assigned Judgments
- Claims against individuals
- Claims against commercial debtors that are out of business

*Return of merchandise, and claims that were paid prior to assignment will be billed 1/2 of the appropriate rate.
